Truffles



Bu tadimlik tatlilari simdiye kadar kim tattiysa cookk begendi. Yapmasi da cok kolay ve eglenceli. Iste tarifim:

Malzemeler:
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream veya 1 paket cig krema (200 ml)
125 gr sutlu cikolata
1 yemek kasigi margarin
1 yemek kasigi pudra sekeri
25-30 adet pötibör biskuvi

Disini suslemek icin pasta susu. Ben antep fistigi tozu, renkli seker, kakao ve hindistan cevizi kullandim.

Yapilisi:
Cig kremayi bir tencereye koyun, kaynayinca ocaktan alin. Onceden kucuk parcalara boldugunuz cikolata, margarin ve pudra sekerini ekleyin. Tel cirpici yardimiyla malzemeleri iyice karistirin. Karisiminizi 5 dk kadar beklettiktan sonra iyice ufalanmis potibor biskuvilerini ekleyin ve karistirin. Bu karisimi buzdolabinda en az 30 dk kadar beklettikten sonra (sertlesmesi icin) ceviz buyuklugunde toplar alin, yuvarlayin ve arzu ettiginiz pasta susune bulayin. Buzdolabinda muhafaza edip soguk servis yapin. Afiyet olsun...



Ingredients:

1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
125 gr high quality milk chocolate (finely chopped )
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp confectioners sugar
25 nilla wafers (crumbled)
Different coatings

Directions:

Place the heavy whipping cream in a saucepan, bring it to a boil and turn off the heat. Add the chopped chocolate, butter, and confectioners sugar and whisk them all together until the chocolate melts completely. After about five minutes add crumbled nilla wafers and stir with a rubber spatula. Cover and place in the refrigerator until the truffle mixture is firm. (about 30 minutes)
Place your cooatings for the truffles on a plate. With your hands, form round shape bite-sized balls. Immediately roll the truffle in the coating and place on a paper muffin cup. Cover and place in the refrigerator until firm.
